A.PRESSE Teases Second SS25 Drop in New Lookbook
The quickly rising Japanese luxury menswear purveyor A.PRESSE is expanding on its SS25 collection with a new installment slated for mid-June. In a pared-back studio shoot characteristic of the highly garment-focused label, founder Kazuma Shigematsu's detailed work comes to life in a synthesis of vintage sportswear, military-inspired designs, and clean tailoring. Instead of separating these garments by category, looks combine crisp materials with patinated workwear fabrics, and high style with a casual sensibility — all in a careful balance that seems natural to the label.Worn over a cashmere high-gauge turtleneck, perhaps one of the most luxurious pieces is the Leather Coach Jacket, shown in black with a smooth lustre. In this look, high-end meets casual with the addition of the brand's basics, including navy Vintage Sweat Pants and the Vintage Zip Hoodie. Elsewhere, a washed silk two-piece charcoal suit is worn over a heavily washed emerald Navy-inspired hoodie and another wool turtleneck. The label also shows a double-breasted wool suit with impressive tailored details around the collar, which is worn with a plain white t-shirt, the 1st Type light wash vintage denim jacket, and retro sneakers.Other standouts include the red-hued Vintage Hunting Jacket, which features a short waist cut and wrinkly washed finish. Elsewhere, the Vintage Suede Leather No.213 Jacket's golden taupe hue is amplified by the Vintage Sweatshirt, dyed into an exuberant turquoise. The second A.PRESSE SS25 collection is set to launch on June 14 at the A.PRESSE store and select retailers.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
