Assembly help
Hi - im trying to put together some counter stools and I'm stuck on the swivel part. The assembly video (1 min in) shows the guy stepping on the swivel to move the top and bottom pieces relative to each other. Looks easy. I can't do it. I live alone, relocating so have limited resources right now. I dont know if I dont weigh enough or what but I've tried with a variety of footwear on and on different floor surfaces. Please help!!!
