Basement insulation
I can't seem to find a solid answer to my problem...... I purchased an older home where the main walls are concrete and the previous owner built 2x4 interior walls,usually Ridgid foam boards would go directly on the concrete walls however this is not an option for me. I keep reading conflicting answers on putting installing Rigid styrofoam in between the 2x4 walls and sealing it with spray foam.
