Basement Watchdog Issue (New)
I have the Basement Watchdog system, brand new (CITS-50 - Big Combo Connect). It will beep every 20-30 seconds and if I reset, the lights appear normal, but as soon as the pump turns on the first time, it looks like this: https://preview.redd.it/1rimp0b5fjne1.png?width=909&format=png&auto=webp&s=7a95ac77825f059456a7c9271651a62579f70e8f I think this means that it is only using the backup pump? Addtionally when it is running and the water is out (mostly) of the pit - it looks like a stream of water is shooting out the side of the unit. You can see that in the video below: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ivXV3G69TxWZaJFc7 Is the primary pump not working? What is this intense stream of water? What other tests should I try? Hopefully someone can help. It is pretty darn loud compared to the old pump also.
