Hello, this was already falling over when I bought the house and now it’s getting worse because the neighbors fence is falling down around it and my dogs are getting out. I am willing to take the responsibility and remove it myself. But I don’t want to rent a jackhammer because my bedroom and sunroom windows are very close to this area within about 10 feet.
