What do you call this hardware?
I purchased an under-cabinet cook book holder much like the one in this picture, but I cannot for the life of me find this piece of hardware. It's two brackets on a swivel that has a spring for tension. I've tried things like spring-loaded pivot hinges, fold down shelf hinges, pull down rack hinges... doesn't seem to work. I can't find anything like it on McMaster-Carr and the manufacturer won't respond to my emails... Just looking to see if I can find that hardware to replace/modify the one I currently have.
