Custom Media Center
For my first self planned and built project I made this media center for my sister. What started as a rough idea with 2 inspiration pictures turned into a CAD model which then became reality using 3/4 maple ply for the frames and shelves, 1/2 ACX for backing, and 1x3, 1x4, and 1x6 pine for face framing. Built using mostly pocket hole joinery and finished with a poly/stain combo for the stained pieces, and sprayed with the matching latex paint from the interior wall. submitted by /u/FadingBlack [link] [comments]
