Does anyone know how to seal this

I believe it's latex, it was from a blood pressure cuff and I cut it in half and I would like to seal it back up not sure if glue would work best or using heat and I only have one of these and I don't want to ruin it experimenting submitted by /u/UnemployableHack [link] [comments]
