Before wallpaper question?

Before wallpapering I'm supposed to prime the wall. Would watered down Matt emulsion be ok? So prime the wall with watered Matt emulsion then wallpaper straight after drying? submitted by /u/Salty-Muffin-2657 [link] [comments]
