Does Mod podge work on glitter?
I bought fairy wings that I need for a party. It has glitter on it which is a bit loose and transfers on clothes. I have been told no loose glitter is allowed so I need some way to seal(?) it. I tried hairspray and clear nail polish. It helped a little but glitter still falls off. I found this Mod Podge sealer/glue/finish.
