Recently, a creator named Dark Space was creating a GTA 5 map to look like a playable, speculated GTA 6 map using details from the trailer and unconfirmed leaks about the upcoming game. The mod was intended to be completely free and involved collaboration with other modders to have a playable version ready before GTA 6's official release this fall. However, a video that DarkSpace posted showing the map and interviewing other modders was taken down with a copyright strike by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar's parent company.
