Harry Potter Illustrated Edition Books Get a Magical Limited Time Discount at Amazon

For longtime Harry Potter fans, there’s always something special about returning to the Wizarding World. Whether it’s rereading the books, rewatching the films, or diving into new adaptations, the magic never really fades. One of the more exciting ways to revisit the story is through the interactive illustrated editions, and right now, the first three books in the series are on sale at Amazon.

These editions aren’t part of Jim Kay’s illustrated series but instead feature interactive elements and stunning artwork designed to bring the story to life in a whole new way.

The first three in the refreshed interactive illustrated series—Philosopher's Stone (Sorcerer's Stone), Chamber of Secrets, and Prisoner of Azkaban—were created by MinaLima, the design duo known for their work on the Harry Potter films. Each book includes full-color illustrations and intricate paper-engineered elements that add a tactile, pop-up book experience to key moments in the story.

Right now, these interactive editions are available at a discount (around $22 for each, down from $38), with Amazon offering lower prices for a limited time (see here for the discount in the UK). For collectors or those experiencing the Wizarding World for the first time, this is a great opportunity to add these unique editions to your bookshelf.

Upcoming Harry Potter Illustrated Editions

MinaLima is continuing to produce interactive illustrated editions, with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire set to release later this year, and is also currently discounted if you preorder today. Meanwhile, Jim Kay’s illustrated series, which currently stops at The Order of the Phoenix, remains uncertain after his departure from the project in 2022. Whether the final two books will be completed by another artist remains to be seen, but for now, fans can look forward to MinaLima’s ongoing contributions to the series.
