How to hang bathroom medicine cabinet/vanity mirror without studs to secure it to the wall.

First off, please forgive my ignorance, but I am just that, ignorant. My husband passed away 2-months ago and I’m having to diy my home without him. I’m working on the bathroom and I need to hang a vanity mirror but there doesn’t appear to be studs behind where it should go. (Manufactured home if that’s important) All I could comprehend from Google was that I possibly needed wall anchors? I then Google wall anchor, not knowing what that was, only to verify that idk what the heck I’m doing. I do, however, know how to operate a drill. I just don’t want the wall to fall down.
