Instead, you want to make sure the circles rest on and atop the fourth line. The lines won't touch the bottom of the wall, but they will be in the correct spots. If you accidentally press one too many times, a few extra activations will bring it back down to the bottom of the board, letting you repeat it until you get the right sequence.
