JJJJound Makes Its Mark on Plasticana Garden Clogs
JJJJound is back with its newest collaboration. This time, the Montreal-based design studio has teamed up with Plasticana to "reimagine" the brand's popular Gardana clog. The clog is made entirely of recycled hemp and is designed for a relaxed, loose-fitting feel. The vegan plastic derives its sepia color entirely from the material's naturally occurring sugars. For the collaboration, JJJJound has added a light touch. With no other noticeable changes, the brand has merely added its logo on the back heel. Fans have had some thoughts. Sounding off in the comments, many have pointed out that the remix isn't really a remix at all. Users have flooded the post, leaving remarks ranging from "Guys I just checked the calendar and it is NOT April 1st," to "Being provocative for the sake of provocation. I’m just going to assume that this was done to be funny or whatever. I’m trying to find a way to locate the satire," and more simply put, "bruh lmfao."While no price has been announced, the original model of the shoe is currently available online for $68 USD. The JJJJound Plasticana is not available yet but will be released alongside the Spring/Summer 2025 collection in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can check out the shoes in the gallery above, and stay tuned to Hypebeast for more updates.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
