Marvel Rivals Fight Night #10 was one to remember as top teams were invited for a chance to take down the reigning champions of their respective regions.

While Virtus.pro once again maintained the status quo by claiming its ninth win in EU, Shroud-X defied expectations and left the North American bracket a winner.

Shroud-X Win Rivals Fight Night NA at Last!

After losing several fight nights, the invitational, and Season 1 MRC, it seemed as though Shroud-X would never come out on top. However, in Rivals Fight Night #10, the team finally took home a win for Michael ‘Shroud‘ Grzesiek.

After defeating Shikigami 3-1 in the challenger’s match, the team faced Rivals Fight Night #9 winners FlyQuest in the finals, leaving as the new champions after winning 3-1.

Here is a full breakdown of the finals match between Shroud X (SDX) and FlyQuest (FLY):

  • Game 1: FLY 2-1 SDX, Krakoa – Domination.
  • Game 2: SDX 2-0 FLY, Hall of Djalia – Convergence.
  • Game 3: SDX 3-1 FLY, Midtown – Convoy.
  • Game 4: SDX 2-1 FLY, Yggdrasill Path – Convoy.
  • End Score: SDX 3-1 FLY

During the livestream, Mitch ‘Uber’ Leslie, NA Rivals Fight Night commentator, said: “I’m really impressed with Shroud-X by the way. They come in saying ‘we don’t want to deal with the Human Torch’ and then they have some great looks.

“They can play the triple strategist, there’s also a bunch of other comps like at their disposal. I think these guys really deserve their flowers. They’ve been working hard in the last month or so.”

Virtus.pro Can’t Stop Winning

Virtus.pro once again were crowned champions at Marvel Rivals Fight Night #10 EU, claiming its ninth win in the whole series.

The invited teams this time were Al Qadsiah and All Business. After Al Qadsiah won 3-1 in the challengers match, the team faced off against Virtus.pro in the finals, losing 0-3.

Here is the full breakdown of the EU finals match between Al Qadsiah (QAD) and Virtus.pro (VP):

  • Game 1: VP 3-0 QAD, Krakoa – Domination.
  • Game 2: VP 3-2 QAD, Central Park – Convergence.
  • Game 3: VP 2-0 QAD, Hell’s Heaven – Domination.
  • End Score: VP 3-0 QAD

During the livestream, Connor ‘Avast‘ Prince, commentator for Rivals Fight Night EU, stated: “They (Virtus.pro) look mechanically like monsters. Their synergy is insane across the board. They’re not doing the gifted and talented pipeline where they fall out of it afterwards.

“Like, this team is overall so good across the board and remains the clear number one team in the region, if not potentially the world.”
