Older Traillite camper repair

I have a 2005 16’ Traillite camp trailer that is in pretty good shape. But, we neglected caulking on one side at roof line and occasion Phoenix monsoons did do some water damage to plywood on passenger side panel near a window. We fixed the leak, but the plywood under the wallpaper feels like it delaminated and bubbles quite a bit. Any ideas how I could do a non replace fix on that? I’m imagining injecting adhesives with a syringe and putting some kind of pressure on it too cure. Feeling just a bit naive. Suggestions? submitted by /u/apehuman [link] [comments]
