Possible to run reverse osmosis to fridge?
I just bought a Waterdrop G3P-600 for the house I'm moving to. I'd like to run its output to a fridge, which is across the room from the sink. I know Waterdrop sells a booster pump but I'm not sure if I can run it with my house layout. Is this possible? Option A - run from basement at water main up to fridge: assuming the pump will work here, the problem here is that there is no drain near the water main. There is one all the way across the basement so I'd have to run the drain output along the ceiling or floor for a long way. Or I guess I could run it to a bucket I could empty when it fills up. Option B - run from sink: the problem with with this option is the fridge is across the room not connected with adjoining cabinetry, so the output line would be exposed, along the kitchen floor or I guess up by the ceiling? Any ideas? Thanks! submitted by /u/Comfortable-Cut8506 [link] [comments]
