Putting in vinyl floor entryway, looking for advice
My beagle decided to try to dig herself out of the front door and shredded some of the carpet so I decided to put a vinyl entryway down (hated the carpet anyways). I tore out the carpet down to the concrete subfloor, went with stainmaster 12mm with built in underlayment. Because it’s a small area and theoretically it can expand towards the carpet (I’m looking into how to make the transitions work, the gap is too wide for the 2” moulding, suggestions welcome), do I need to keep the spacers on the exterior walls and door frame or can I butt the planks up to it? submitted by /u/m3talholic [link] [comments]
