Tile Flooring Cement Board Opinions
I recently made an order to the big box store for backer board and tile delivery. In my order I mistakenly ordered 60 sheets of 1/4in USG Cement Board with Edgeguard instead of the 1/4ib Hardie Tile Backer board. My question for the community, does it matter? I will be using it first floor (over basement) and second floor living areas including bathrooms. The tiles are 6 x 24in. Are there any cons to USG board?
