Where do you all buy your walk-in shower parts?

So I bought a house last year that was a new build in South Jersey. It's a 2 bath house and both bathrooms have a tub surround, yes even the master bath. And as a guy who's 6' 2" I'm getting reaaalllly sick of this tub. I had a quote from Kohler to remove the surround and put in a standing shower but I'm not spending 23k for that. If it was a TOTAL bathroom remodel then I could somewhat justify that price but I'm not doing that. So I decided I'm going to tackle this project myself. I haven't done any work yet but just trying to find the shower I like but not really sure where to go. I'm not really looking to do a tiled shower so just looking for recommendations from ya'll. I've checked out Home depot and their "kits" but reading reviews they all seem to have problems. submitted by /u/DasRedBeard87 [link] [comments]
