Wood fence sections attached to brick pillars - ?
A fencing contractor had to custom build the sections of fence to go between our brick pillars fencing in our front yard (because a previous contractor *&%*ed up and didn't build the pillars 8 feet apart). You can visibly see the bolts that are attaching the fence sections to the pillars... can I assume that those bolts are screwed into anchors? and would it somehow damage something if we were to remove the sections in order to paint them?
