240v to 120v?

I have a 230/240v wire coming out an exterior wall that is used to power a condenser (that’s failing) for mini splits. It’s 3 wires, one black , one white and ground. I want to replace my condenser with 2 smaller single units that would require 115v each. With the 230v wires that are there, can I do two 115v connections or is that not possible?
