a quick bio about my experience
Yeah i comment on tons of posts and people might be like 'no way he knows all that stuff' but i am 60 and been doing all the different kinds of work my whole life. started framing houses (10$/hr) but only so many houses are built so i started doing maintenance for local realters and landlords and have literally done every repair you can think of, fell thru floor broke my neck so that made me start doing electric and HVAC. i have also worked on huge concrete companies and my last kind of work was helping my buddies installing flooring like tile in hotels in dayton oh area. so i have lots of advice and know a ton if info. i finally was able to do house framing by the sq ft on my own instead of 15-20$/hr and i figured out real quick you can make same amount of cashola just building 4 walls of a garage than the 20-50 walls of a house lol so i did tons of concrete too doing that anyways that's me just here to help submitted by /u/satchmo64 [link] [comments]
