Bought a secondhand board and some legs to make a table, might need to add 5th or 6th leg in the middle. Any suggestions on orientations?
Bought some secondhand parts from IKEA yesterday, hoping to make a desk on the cheap. Long story short, I need to drill some extra holes in the wood to make it work, but it did. Alas, I don't think the middle of the board can take much weight, so I'm asking: how should the 5th leg be placed, or should I play safe with a 6th leg, with 5 and 6 smack in the middle of the table? I'm using it as a computer table, but I also have a lot of stuff to put on it. submitted by /u/RagingRider [link] [comments]
