Chicken Coop - How to approach inclined hill?
Ok dont crucify me. These are just early sketches to illustrate the goal. I want to put this coop on an area with a slight incline on both axis and I'm looking for tips on how to get a level base to frame the walls off of. Does anyone have some tips? How does concrete block sound like in the photos? Im setting 4x4s 4 ft in concrete on all corners and a few on each side to lock it all down. Dirt floor, no concrete or wood on the interior ground. Interior wall separates chicken run from extra secure coop. Run wall panels are pvc coated hardware cloth sandwiched in 2x4 frames. Hardware cloth is buried down and out 2 ft around entire border. Coop side will be standard plywood and siding wall construction. I just can't wrap my head around getting a nice level base for the walls...that won't cause me problems. Especially the step down areas. Thanks. submitted by /u/-gildash- [link] [comments]
