Flooring residue?
I plan on tiling my bathroom floor. I rip out the original floor tiles from the 1960’s and there is this papery residue underneath. It’s not scraping off easily. Do I even need to scrap this off as the floor is at least level? If so, is there anything I can use to make this easier? I plan on using the Schluter systems ditra membrane alone with their all set thinset mortar to install 12x24 inch porcelain tiles. submitted by /u/NothingSpecial99 [link] [comments]
