It's found across the river north of your initial Hideout, directly east of Nisinomiya and southwest of Senri Hills. As soon as you hit land coming from the south, you'll likely be in Amagasaki. The castle grounds in Amagasaki are massive. They stretch hundreds of meters in every direction. There are interconnected rivers that make up moats surrounding the different areas of the castle, making it difficult to navigate the grounds. Fortunately, you can enter Amagasaki Castle without alerting a guard by climbing on a tree and hopping over the wall on the eastern and western sides of the castle. Once inside Amagaski Castle, you'll have the same mission as any other castle: eliminate all of the Samurai Daisho. The Samurai Daisho, marked with a warrior mask icon, are the enemies you need to kill to fully complete Amagaski Castle and gain access to its reward and XP bonus. Otherwise, you'll struggle immensely with trying to take down the Samurai. It should also be noted that you eventually have to come to Amagasaki Castle and fight with enemies as part of the main story. So you can always wait for that and complete the castle after that mission has occurred. Inside Amagasaki Castle, the Samurai Daisho are spread out far from one another. My advice is to ascend the main castle at Amagasaki, unlock the fast travel point, and then go around the outskirts of the castle grounds using Eagle Vision. This allows you to mark red-outlined enemies and see where the Samurai Daisho are patrolling. Unfortunately, the Samurai tend to move around quite a bit, so it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly where they are. In my experience, the Samurai Daisho were all located in different directions around the castle. You can see where they were in my playthrough below: One Samurai Daisho is patrolling the middle area of the castle, right where the "Amagasaki Castle" text is on your map Another is on the far eastern wall, in between the middle of the "Amagasaki Castle" text and the fast travel point A third Samurai Daisho is located in the northwest corner of the castle grounds just underneath some trees A fourth Samurai Daisho is found in the section of the grounds located directly beneath the "Amagasaki Castle" text on the map The fifth and final Samurai Daisho is located in the southwest corner of the castle grounds, to the west of where the fourth one is located Spying on a Samurai Daisho are Amagasaki Castle (the fourth one). Just make your way around the castle grounds, continually marking enemies, and you'll eventually find all five of them. As for killing the Samurai Daisho, you might not be able kill them with a single assassination attempt. In that case, you still want to try to assassinate them to bring down their HP and then engage in combat to finish the job.
