I am feeling unsafe with WEALTHSIMPLE

I ave been with Wealthsimple for over 2 years now and yes I have cash account, TFSA amd USD funds with them . But I have become very wo and concern about safety . First when calling their services for any questions I get very inconsistent answers from different ppl or NO answers at all just “quickly/snippy) answers from their ppl who don’t have any knowledge of what but they make you feel like a damb idiot with no brain.But yet they feel the right to feel your ears with bs sounding big shot. Recently is a waste of time to call and get any useful answers because they just say “I have to pass on your request to a specific team “ or they would email me .But I never receive a call bak or email .?! Safety is important to me so I have decided to slowly move my funds to one of their competitors I’ll be paying trad fees (under $10) but I will feel more secure. submitted by /u/bittcanada [link] [comments]
