Indigo Park Chapter 2 drops first trailer and we can’t be more excited

One of the more popular mascot horror games of recent years, Indigo Park, has just shadow dropped the first teaser trailer for its second chapter to celebrate a year since the first was released on Steam—and we are super excited. While the trailer only shows a sprinkling of details (and no release date) its hard not to get excited when a new chapter drops in a series, not only to play it, but so horror-game theorists can wrap their head around the small glimpses to try and grasp at some idea at where the story is heading. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IkXbe0zTAck&ab_channel=UniqueGeese At the end of the first chapter, the main character Ed agreed to help Rmabley restore Indigo Park to a working state before heading off to Oceanic Odyssey, an area in the park for all things underwater and home to the feral animal Finley, which we got a small glimpse of before the screen faded to blank. Now, thanks to the new chapter trailer, we have a better look at the underwater leviathan-looking creature, Finley, which we assume to be the main threat and boss of the second chapter. The teaser trailer also revealed snippets of Oceanic Odyssey and the areas you will explore, You also get a glimpse of Rambley, who retains his 2D look under an Otter's sign, which,h for those who don't know, is a cute nod to Rambley's voice actor, OtterBoyVA. Outside of the odd sprinkle of level detail and obvious aquarium aesthetics, there isn't much revealed about the trailer that'll paint a picture for the direction of the new chapter, and as mentioned before,e we are still without a release date. Though the game's creator UniqueGeese, has advised fans to look out for more announcements involving the second chapter on their YouTube channel. For now, if you want to get your Indigo Park fix, maybe head back to Steam and replay the first chapter (Especially if you haven't already done so yet) to gear yourself up for the second. If you do, maybe play with the lights on. No one would blame you. The post Indigo Park Chapter 2 drops first trailer and we can’t be more excited appeared first on Destructoid.
