Is it reasonable to use sealant on old roof until I can afford replacing?
It’s our detached garage roof (torch down, slight pitch but pretty flat) and it’s leaking in one or two spots. While those have been sealed with rubberized roof sealant, I’m wondering if I should/ could seal the rest of the roof myself with something because it is cracked and generally old. We just can’t afford to replace right now since we have plumbing stuff going on. submitted by /u/meche_dad [link] [comments]
