Is it safe to hang TRX ceilling mount bracket on steel beam joists?

Hi, I live in a high rise condo with finished ceilings. I would like to install 2 of these X brackets for suspending TRX or rings for exercise. Processing img x3sdbkap1c6f1... I saw a lot of tutorials videos online. Most were for houses with wooden joists in the ceiling. They mark the center of the joists with stud finders. Drill and install. Seems pretty safe if I can find dead center. I live in a condo unit. There is concrete between unit above me. I think there is a gap between the concret and my ceiling finish. And this is not my unit but a picture I found online that probably represents what it looks like inside Processing img fagtljoz3c6f1... Do these metal bars serve the same function as the wooden ceiling joists for houses? Are these safe enough for me to drill into and install the brackets and support upto 200 lb of bodyweight? submitted by /u/wooow_i_dont_care [link] [comments]
