Is this fixable or am I cooked ?
Hi everyone, Basically my grandma used to live in that flat for close to 30 years and she was watering flower pots that were on that poor guardrail 7 days a week. My question is, does a heavy sanding operation plus 20L of white anti rust paint will be enough ? Or is it too far gone and do I need to replace it ? Some more info: the flowers pots were still on it two days ago and are close to 20kg each without any bending of the beam (4 pots on the whole length). There is no holes in the beam. This beam is 4m long and that's quite hard to find around here that's why I'm asking if it is salvageable.
