Is this reasonable for a quote? Central MN
Hey guys, My basement is about 800 Sq Ft and I want to finish it. I can do it myself, and it is boxed out pretty well, but obviously I'm no pro. I can do a lot of these things. I am thinking I could do materials for less than $10,000 from Home Depot or Menards but it might take me 3 months to finish, and it might not be as perfect as I could get with a pro. I got this quote today for $65,000. I was thinking maybe $30-40k, tops, but when I saw $65k, I almost shat my pants. Is this reasonable?
