Paint all walls vs destroy walls
I have an empty appartment (~1000sqft) where the tenants were heavy smokers. My initial plan was to clean with tsp, ozone machine and killz stains blocker. I will have to paint the whole appartment, it was pretty bad. Each bucket of paint (18.9L) is like 260$ and i think i’ll need 2-3. I wonder if it would be better/cheaper to just destroy all the walls and put new drywall in. I could run new electrical wire too. Does replacing drywall remove the cigarette stains?
