Popular Teamfight Tactics set Remix Rumble will return as a limited-time mode as Riot Games’ fourth set revival from May 14th and until July 29th, 2025.
The music-themed set will bring new augments, opening encounters, an event pass and more to the PC strategy game in patch 14.4.
News surrounding Revival: Remix Rumble was shared through a dev video posted on YouTube on April 22nd, 2025. Riot Games shared details about the upcoming set revival, which are temporary game modes that upgrades old champions and traits to be more on par with the latest additions.
Christina Jiang, Senior Product Manager for Teamfight Tactics, stated: “We’re excited to bring players along the Headliners’ return tour with Revival: Remix Rumble.
“With its innovative soundtrack and artist collaborations, Remix Rumble marked a pivotal moment in TFT’s history and offered players a unique opportunity to create their own symphony of chaos. This revival will debut some fresh new additions to the line-up while giving players the same features they know and love.”
The limited-time event will introduce new Augments, with details to be shared closer to launch. According to Teamfight Tactics, players can acquire remixes for traits including K/DA, True Damage, HEARTSTEEL, Pentakill and more.
The revival will also bring Opening Encounters to the game. For example, Jhin will play a prismatic symphony, Urgot’s mosh will be filled with crabs, and members of K/DA will also possess encounters of their own as they become Headliners of the board.
While headliners will be centre stage of this new set, Hacks, the current mechanic of the 14th set Cyber City, will have guest appearances – although specifics have yet to be revealed.
Revival: Remix Rumble will also introduce a new event pass, which will feature a Revival-exclusive Little Legend. The Revival ladder will also be making its return by popular demand, with its progression system allowing players the opportunity to unlock new ranks and free rewards.
Teamfight Tactics is an isometric auto-battler strategy game developed and published by Riot Games, the organisation behind top esports titles like League of Legends, VALORANT and more.
