While the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) preps to unleash Red Hulk with Captain America: Brave New World this week, Marvel gave fans a closer look at Thunderbolts* with a new Super Bowl trailer that highlights the group's many different skills and what looks like our first look at its main villain, Sentry.
The commercial aired as part of the Big Game today, highlighting characters like Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova, David Harbour’s Red Guardian, Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, and more. It’s an action-packed video that only gave football fans a taste of what’s in store, with the full two-and-a-half-minute trailer showing up online to reveal even more from Marvel’s latest. Additionally, in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, we seem to get a few glimpses at Lewis Pullman's Sentry as he wreaks havoc on an unsuspecting MCU. We’ll learn about how the Thunderbolts will come together when it premieres May 2, 2025.
