Trim over shiplap?
Hi, I'm adding shiplap to a bedroom and I'm wondering what is the best way to set up the trim around door and windows when the shiplap is overlapping the old one? Please see photos. If needed, taking down the shiplap and modifying it isn't a problem here, I just want to do the "right way". Any suggestions?
