Update: what would be the best way to fix this blowout?
I made a post a bit ago about my first major DIY failure and what I learned from it. Photos 1-4 are verifying the stud (I did in fact miss a few by less than a 1/2 inch), the magnetic stud finder some of y'all recommend. I patched the wall (not pictured) and got longer and sturdier screws (photos 6 & 8) But am unsure how to patch the wood (it's like a laminate wood I think) in photos 9 & 10. It's only these two spots. Everywhere else (on the cabinets here minimal to no damage. Any recommendations? submitted by /u/deleted__username__ [link] [comments]
