Water Management/Repair?
New home owner of old home in climate zone 3 hot/dry. Looking for a long-term resolution to water damage at base of front door, and probably sill replacement. Gutters are going on the tails above soon, also thinking about cutting a trench drain near the sill. It ultimately feels like the whole entry needs to be widened and extended, but I'm open to ideas!
