Wet setting wedge anchors into concrete?
Will concrete wedge anchors work if they are set in wet concrete? My friend is planning to do this, but it was my understanding that with wedge anchors, you drill a matching sized hole after the concrete has dried, pound the anchors in, then tighten them down.
