It begins with a stacked sole unit that features the Jack Purcell's standard midsole surrounded by the All Star's, creating a platform in the process. Its "Ivory" canvas upper dons the shape of the Jack Purcell Hi on the right foot and All Star Hi on the left, creating a subtle mismatch that sees the two different badges present at the medial collar.Doublet branding may be limited to the left shoe's sockliner, however, it is prominently displayed throughout the apparel range. Converse's typeface reads "DOUBLET" with the Converse star present within the "O." This wordmark appears front and center on hoodies in black and off-white, with both featuring custom extended drawstrings in the shape of a leg with socks and a mini pair of Doublet x Converse Japan Jack Purcell All Star His at its end. A smaller version of this dangles out of the pocket of tees in a matching black and off-white to complete the range.The Doublet x Converse Japan Jack Purcell All Star Hi is set to release on April 26 via Doublet and select retailers.
