How to finish a 6" round duct hole in floor under the vanity?

Renovating a bathroom, the old vanity was set directly onto the subfloor, and had a 6" round duct hole under it for HVAC that we didn't know about. It's good news, that bathroom was always cold. However, the new vanity we're putting in is up on legs, and we're not sure how to "use" this duct. I can't find any information online on how to finish up a 6" round duct hole in a floor. The new floor is just LVP, can I just router some slots into the LVP over the hole to act as a vent? What's the "right" way? submitted by /u/waramped [link] [comments]
