How to play with friends in REMATCH
REMATCH has a seamless matchmaking experience between casual and ranked play, but you can also juke it out with your buddies. As long as your friends are on the same platform (let's say both of you play on PC), it's pretty easy to play together. You and your buddy must be in the same lobby before starting a match. You can make a full team of five with your friends or add strangers to your team. Let's look at how you can invite your friends and play together. You'll notice that there's a Social tab at the top right of your screen (as shown in the screenshot below). This tab will show all your friends who can join your session and play together. You can add your friends to the game who are already friends on the platform you're on. Simply put, add them as friends on your console (using either the PS app or the Xbox app), and they will appear on the Social tab. Similarly, PC users must add one another to their Steam accounts before playing together. Whether the limitation gets upgraded in the future is a matter of speculation at this point. Hopefully, Sloclap will introduce a way to add friends manually. You can also add random players as your friends. From the Social tab, select the recent section. It will show a list of players you have played with and against. You can send a friend request to any or all of them directly inside the game. Once they have accepted, they will show up on the Social tab.
