Replacing subfloor
Currently trying to replace my carpet floors with laminate and looks like the subfloor is 2-layers. The bottom layer is plywood and the top layer is osb. Is this common? The previous owners had a lot of pets that peed inside so the osb has a lot of stains and some molding. If I want to replace it would I pull up both layers or just the top layer? And can I replace the floor with just 1 layer of plywood? submitted by /u/scary_kitten_daddy [link] [comments]
