Building stairs to my basement
Looking for ideas on how I should do my basement stairs. The old ones rotted at the bottom so I’m finishing waterproofing the basement and need to build replacement steps. You can still see an outline of where the previous ones were, just don’t know if I should do regular stringers or the way they were with two regulars boards that had small pierces nailed to the insides and the steps resting on them. Or even having them come all the way to the back way and ended on a landing that I then finish with some smaller steps coming the rest of the way. submitted by /u/Welcome2chilis317 [link] [comments]
