Do i cut the tile or just drill into it?
Im building a wall for this open space. I have an understanding on how its done but never built one. My question is since its only a small section for my bottom plate do i just drill a hole into the tile into the concrete (I know there is a process to not break the tile) or do i just try to cut out the tile where my 2x4 will go?
