Fibered roof coating on osb floor?

I have a storage building with plain osb floors with visible gaps between some of the panels. I took some fiberglass drywall tape and stapled it over the joins in the boards, and then covered the entire floor in Apoc fibered roof sealant. I figured the sealant would sink into the joints and permeate the fiberglass tape and hold it all together while sealing the gaps and still leaving enough flexibility for the floor to flex if needed. The wood soaked up the sealant like a champ and looks really nice after rolling it on, I think I will need to do another coat in some spots where it went on thin. Do I need to put something else over this to keep it from being damaged? I had originally planned on doing a rough board over everything then stain that, I have a near endless supply of pallets I can saw up to use the boards. My miter saw I was planning on using kicked the bucket, and I don't have another saw atm, so I was curious if I actually needed to plank it over? submitted by /u/Fred_Wilkins [link] [comments]
