How to hide it?

I want to hide this pipe in my basement. The pipe is half an inch out of the wall and the cleanout is way too much out. There are studs on both sides of the pipe but i don't want to cover the pipe completely. I was thinking to add two studs and then cover it with drywall and install a panel/cover at cleanout.
