Pipe burst and soaked water heater. Repair or replace?
Pressure reducing valve started leaking directly on top of water heater. Water wicked down the power cables to both the thermostat and heating anode got wet. Water heater is no longer working and before I buy a new one I wanted to know if replacing the thermostat and heating anode was worthwhile instead? Unit is probably 5 years old and never given any problems prior. submitted by /u/Cda4go [link] [comments]
